Uncle Als Breading has been enjoyed in Northern IN and Southern MI for decades. Today, it is being used in restaurants, at fish frys and in your neighbors kitchen. A blend of flours and seasonings bring delicious flavor to any kind of meat, fish, game, vegetables and even cheese. We use local ingredients and no preservatives or MSG. We offer 5 varieties each with their own distinct flavors.
