Lindsey Hively, an entraprenuier at 18 years old founded Kernel Coladas Snack Shack in Columbia City, Indiana in 2008 with her father Gary. Rebranded as Poptique Gourmet Popcorn in 2014, she sadly lost her hard fought battle to cancer in 2015. Gary carries on her legacy using the highest quality coconut oil, popcorn and ingredients producing her amazing unique flavors daily in small batches.
