Fresh Fenix was started in 2020, when Brent decided to start selling his famous salsa he had been making for over 20 years. He then started developing shelf stable hot sauces and chili oils using the rare charapita peppers he grows in his garden. Both products have proven to be very popular. At Fresh Fenix we have a passion for urban gardening and developing unique flavorful handcrafted foods.
