We will require photographic evidence of the issue, along with your order details, in order to assess the situation. If the issue is found to be related to the quality of the product before the indicated best by date, we will issue a replacement or, at our discretion, a refund.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
