Indiana raised Bison and Pork make up these delicious but not too fatty brats.Breakfast Sausages.  But not just for Breakfast,   Great flavor anytime of the day or year!  Each pack is 1.4lb-1.5lb and contain at least 4 sausages maybe 5 depending on weight per pack. These are all hand made and we try to get close to 1lb but not as much as we would like.
