Indiana raised Bison and Pork make up these delicious but not too fatty brats.. Great flavor anytime of the year! Each pack is between 1.4lbs and 1.5lbs and contain at least 4 sausages, maybe 5 depending on weight per pack. These are all hand made and we try to get close to 1lb but not as much as we would like.
