Fisher's Spicy Mozzarella Smoked Bratwursts are made and smoked with hickory wood in our smokehouses in Redkey, Indiana. 

These have the same great taste as our original smoked bratwurst with the creaminess of mozzarella on the inside.

The smoked bratwurst have all the flavor of our original bratwurst with the convenience of heat and serve!
